PAWTAGO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment or shipping has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is available on the PAWTAGO website.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our store or at checkout.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will normally be the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs charges, or other fees may be calculated separately at checkout.
PAWTAGO currently offers free standard U.S. shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise indicated on the website or at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted for an order.
If we discover an obvious pricing, product, or system error after an order has been submitted, we reserve the right to contact you, correct the error, or cancel the affected order where permitted by law.

PAWTAGO may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment service providers to process and ship orders.
Products may therefore be shipped from locations different from PAWTAGO’s business address, including locations within or outside the United States.
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
Order processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may be affected by product availability, warehouse location, supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs inspections, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to assist if contacted before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment.
Tracking information will normally be provided when it becomes available.

Risk of loss and responsibility for delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the applicable carrier and consumer protection rules.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact PAWTAGO before returning a product.
Do not send a product back to the address printed on the original shipping package unless PAWTAGO specifically instructs you to do so.
Because products may be fulfilled from different warehouses, the correct authorized return address may be different from the shipping origin shown on a package.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we may request photographs, video, packaging photographs, shipping labels, or other reasonable evidence necessary to review the claim.
Return shipping costs, eligibility requirements, refund timing, non-returnable products, and cancellation conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

The Shopify name, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to Shopify and its respective affiliates or licensors.
All other trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

PAWTAGO is powered by Shopify, which provides the commerce technology that enables us to offer the Services.
However, purchases made through the PAWTAGO store are transactions directly between the customer and PAWTAGO.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by PAWTAGO and is not responsible for PAWTAGO’s product selection, order fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, product performance, or other aspects of transactions between PAWTAGO and its customers, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you under its own terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the PAWTAGO website.
